Active Older Adults

Perhaps no age group can experience more health benefits from exercise than those over the age of 50 years old.  Exercise such as walking, jogging, and strength training is effective for burning calories and improving muscular strength.  Keep active with our senior activities and lessen the health risks as you get older!
