Healthy Lifestyles

The Y offers our participants a state of the art facility to engage in a multitude of healthy activities year round. From group classes, open gym times for basketball, volleyball and Pickleball, to youth physical programs and sports, the entire family can be engaged in a healthy lifestyle activity in a single day.

Personal Fitness

Our over 4,000 sq. ft Fitness Center provides a variety of over 30 cardio machines, and an assortment of pin selection, cable and free weight equipment for you to reach your physical best. The Fitness Center is open the entire time our facility is. The Y also offers personal training in 30 or 60 minute sessions for members and non-members.

Water Activities

Our Aquatic Center includes a 6-lane lap pool, zero-depth entry pool, water slide and a seasonal outdoor pool. Lap swim times are offered three times a weekday and once a day on weekends. We also provide water based aquatic exercise classes and swimming lessons. The YMCA is the largest provider of swimming lessons in the country; you can join us in continuing that legacy.

Adult recreational programs

Take part in a team recreational program for some fun physical activity playing a sport you love. These are friendly competitive team sports that promote socialization and physical activity with other adults. For the upcoming recreational programs click here. 

Group Classes

Take part in one of our many group exercises classes that are included with your membership or join a "Premium Class" for an extra fee to reserve one of the limited spots. The Y offers group exercise classes for all ability levels whether you are new to exercise, a gym rat or just trying to meet new people; our classes are right for you!

ALL GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES HAVE A MINIMUM PARTICIPATION AGE OF 14.
