Our Active Older Adults are a staple at the Y. Stop anyone of them and you will get a heartfelt story of how the Y has and continues to impact their life. We are delighted to offer a selection of class geared towards our active older population.

From group cycling classes, to yoga classes, to ZUMBA or even Drum Fit classes, we host 25 group exercise classes a week! There is something for EveryBODY!

*Did we mention these classes are FREE to members?

*Aquanastics has an extra monthly fee for members and non-members.
