Youth Membership

Any person of age 18 and younger

College Membership

Full time student with a minimum of 12 credits

Young Adult Membership

Any person between the ages of 19-25

Adult Membership

Any person between the ages of 26-61

Adult + 1 Membership

Two adults living in the same household

1 Adult Household

One adult and children living in the same household who may be up to 18 years old, or up to 22 years old if they are full-time college students

Family Membership

Up to two adults and dependent children living in the same household who may be up to 18 years old, or up to 22 years old if they are full-time college students

Senior Citizen Membership

Any person 62 years of age or above

Corporate Membership

As an employee of a partnered business the YMCA offers 10% off listed price of a membership. Discount does not apply to the Joiners Fee, and the employee must be a member of the account to receive the discount

Financial Assistance Available!

The Y is a cause-driven organization “for all”. Our financial assistance program ensures that anyone can participate in Y programs, despite the inability to pay the full program fee. We recognize that for communities to succeed, everyone must be given the opportunity to be healthy, confident, connected, and secure. Financial assistance is provided through our annual campaign. Minnesota West Student Membership Program

The Y is proud to partner with Minnesota West Community and Technical College to offer a discounted College Membership for students. Individuals enrolled in a minimum of 12 credits can receive a reduced membership rate by providing proof of enrollment. This program supports students in staying active, healthy, and connected while pursuing their education. Contact the YMCA for more details!

FAQ Headline

Yes! You do not have to be a YMCA member to enjoy the facility. All guests must complete a Participant & Guest Application and have their picture taken. A parent/legal guardian must complete this application on behalf of minor guests. Cost is $5 for youth ages 18 & under, $10 for adults, and $20 for a family.

Yes! We offer Silver Sneakers, Renew Active and One Pass, and NIHCA Fitness Incentive Program.

There is a $50 joiners fee that applies to all new memberships except Youth and Short-Term memberships. $25 joiners fee for College & Young Adult. Reactivating a membership that has lapsed for more than 30 days, will be charged the joiner’s fee

Membership payments are drawn monthly on the 15th until the YMCA receives a signed cancellation form. Payment may be taken by Credit/Debit Card, Checking Account or Savings Account. If payment bounces,

For cancellations or changes, we require a written cancellation notice or change notice prior to the 10th of the month in order to withdraw payment due on the 15th. If cancellation is given after the 10th, members will still be charged on the 15th.

Our 24/7 Access option allows eligible members (ages 18+) to use the YMCA facility outside of regular staffed hours. Members who add this option will receive a secure key fob to access designated areas, including the fitness center, gymnasium, walking track, and family locker room. For safety, the facility is monitored, and all participants must sign a code of conduct and follow established guidelines. Please note that the YMCA is unstaffed during 24/7 access hours, and certain areas—such as the pool and child watch—are not available. In cases of inclement weather, sidewalks may not be cleared and on-site assistance for facility issues will not be available. This option is designed to provide added flexibility while maintaining a safe environment for all members.
