Mind & Body

Vinyasa Yoga: A flowing style of yoga that links movement with breath to build strength, flexibility, and balance. All levels welcome.

Fusion: A continuous, strength-based yoga class using bodyweight and light-free weights to sculpt, strengthen, and improve balance. Inspired by personal training and performance enhancement. All levels welcome.

Senior Strength & Balance

Silversneakers® Classic: A fun, low-impact exercise class for seniors designed to keep you active using balls, bands, weights, and chairs for support.
Silversneakers® Chair Yoga: A gentle yoga class designed for seniors, using a chair for support if needed to improve flexibility, mobility, and relaxation.
FOREVERWELL Strength Circuit: A 30-minute strength circuit for senior members using selectorized machines in the Fitness Center, followed by coffee and fellowship.
FOREVERWELL Strength and Balance: A 30-minute class focused on functional strength and balance using dumbbells and chairs as needed, followed by coffee and fellowship.

Strength & Conditioning

Strong in 30 (S!30): A 30-minute, full-body strength workout using STT equipment for maximum results in minimal time.
Strength Train Together (STT): A 60-minute strength workout combining traditional and functional training using barbells, weights, and bodyweight to build strength and improve movement.
Simply Fit: A moderate-intensity fitness class focused on improving strength, endurance, and overall conditioning through a variety of functional exercises. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Cardio Strength Blend

Power Spin: An indoor cycling class focused on endurance and strength using intervals, free weights, and bodyweight exercises.
Drum Fit: A rhythm-based workout combining cardio, strength, and coordination while supporting cognitive health for all ages.

Aqua Classes

Aquanastics: A low-impact aquatic wellness class blending cardio, strength, flexibility, and balance using water resistance. Registration required; limited to 20 participants.
Aqua ZUMBA: A water-based dance workout combining Latin rhythms and aqua fitness to improve cardio fitness and tone muscles.

Dance Based Cardio

ZUMBA: A high-energy dance workout set to upbeat music that delivers a full-body cardio experience. All levels welcome.
K-Pop Dance Fit: A fun, low-impact dance workout inspired by K-Pop music that boosts cardio fitness, coordination, and confidence.

Active Kids Start Here

Give your child a place to move, play, and thrive while developing strength, coordination, and a love for being active.

Active Teens

This program teaches youth ages 12–15 proper equipment use, fitness center etiquette, and safety guidelines. Upon completion, participants gain approval to independently use the YMCA fitness center responsibly.

SWIFT Program

This strength and conditioning program for athletes ages 11–18 improves performance, muscle development, agility, speed, and coordination. Athletes build power, change direction faster, jump higher, and move efficiently.
